:
Let x = the 6% amt invested
Then 4x = the 5% amt invested
:
.05(4x) + .06x = 520
.2x + .06x = 520
.26x = 520
x = 520/.26
x = $2000 invested at 6%

4(2000) = $8000 invested at 5%

400 + 120 = 520
