You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let the fraction is x/y
then (x+2)/(y+2)=9/11
or 11x-9y=-4
or x=(9y-4)/11 ---1
& (x+3)/(y+3)=5/6
or 6x-5y=6 -----------2
from 1 & 2
6(9y-4)/11-5y=6
or (54-55)y=66+24=90
or y=-90
& x=-74 ans
