Write a sinusoidal curve for each in the y=cosB%28x-C%29%2BD form.
Describe how you arrived at your equation.
How well did your equation fit the data?
I have a couple of these to do and besides putting them in a list, am not sure where to start.
Thanks!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hello! Here is the information I have been given and an explanation of what I need to do. Thanks for looking at this problem!
1 /316.3
2 /316.8
3 /317.4
4 /318.9
5 /319.9
6 /319.4
7 /318

Write a sinusoidal curve for each in the form.
Describe how you arrived at your equation.
How well did your equation fit the data?
----------
You know the sin usually ranges from -1 to +1.
You data ranges from 314 to 319.9
The difference is 5.9
Half of that is 2.95
That is the amplitude of your sin curve.
EQUATION: y=2.95
--------
You also know the center of y=sinx i2 zero.
Your middle value is 314+2.95=316.95
Your equation looks like y=2.95sinx + 316.95
----------
If you have a graphing calculator put that in and
graph it. Check the TABLE to see what y-values
you get with x=1,2,3, etc.
