= 4(-2x^2 +7x -3) [take common 4]
= 4(-2x^2 +6x +x -3)[using the formula middle term breaking]
= 4{-2x(x-3) +(x-3)}
= 4{(x -3)(-2x +1)}[take common (x-3)]
= 4(x-3)(1-2x)
