i have tried ;
eg RRRR... all same = 4 bouquets
R..3x2x1 one same other 3 different = 6 bouquets
RR 3x2 two same other 2 different = 6 bouquets
RRR 1 three same 4th different = 3 bouquets
19 bouquets so far? am i on right track??

How many different bouquets of four roses can be selected ?
Same Idea would apply for how many passwords/4 numbers, could be formed
using 4 different numbers (If numbers could be repeated)
