Factor where you can to get:
[2x^2-11x+12] / [27-18x] / [ x^3+4x^2] / [6x^3-96x]
= [(2x-3)(x-4)] / [-9(2x-3)] / [x^2(x+4)] / [6x(x-4)(x+4)]
Cancel where you can to get:
= [(2x-3)/(-9)] * [6x(x-4)/x^2]
=[-(2x-3)/3] * [2x(x-4)/x^2]
You might further change the form of this but it is basically finished.
