You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Note: I'm assuming the equation is y=%28-5x%5E7%29%2F%28x%5E8-6%29

x-intercept(s): plug in y = 0 and solve for x

y=(-5x^7)/(x^8-6)

0=(-5x^7)/(x^8-6)

0*(x^8-6)=-5x^7

0 = -5x^7

-5x^7 = 0

x^7 = 0/(-5)

x^7 = 0

x = seventh root of 0

x = 0

So the x-intercept is (0,0)

Because there is only one y-intercept and this function goes through the origin (0,0), this means that the y-intercept is also (0,0)
