Short answer: Anything but a zero
1 * 190
2 * 95
5 * 38
0.01 * 19000
-12 * -190/12
(190/x)*x
2 * 5 * 19
etc.
There are literally an infinite number of ways a multiplication works out to be 190. You just can't have a zero in the multiplication.
