[(2x-7)-(3x-15)]/(x^2-64)

(2x-7-3x+15)/(x^2-64)

(-x+8)/(x^2-64)

-(x-8)/(x^2-64)

-(x-8)/[(x-8)(x+8)]

-1/(x+8)

So the answer is -1/(x+8)
