I believe the problem is
=(2z-1)/(z^2+z-6) - (3z-5)/(z^2-2z-15) + (2z-3)/(z^2-7z+10)
(When you do cannot draw horizontal fraction lines, you need the parentheses. Without them, it does not mean the same).

We need to do some factoring first, to make it easy to find a common denominator next
