You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x - sqrt(x) = 0
==> x = sqrt(x) [adding sqrt(x) on both sides]
==> x^2 = x [on squaring]
==> x^2 - x = 0 [adding - x to both the sides]
==> x(x-1) = 0
==> x = 0 or x-1 = 0
==> x = 0 or x = 1

Good Luck!!!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x-sqrtx=0
sqrtx=x
Square both sides to get:
x=x^2
x^2-x=0
x(x-1)=0
x=0 or x=1
Both are good solutions for the original problem.
