Question 632229: Can someone please help? I am lost with this....
Assume that the population of heights of male college students is approximately normally distributed with mean m of 72.15 inches and standard deviation s of 6.39 inches. A random sample of 96 heights is obtained.
A) Find
(B) Find the mean and standard error of the distribution
(C) Find
(D) Why is the formula required to solve (A) different than (C)? Answer by solver91311(24713) (Show Source):
You have done the same thing you did yesterday. You posted a problem where part A is simply the word Find with no indication of what it is you want to find, and part C is the same thing. So we can't do anything with part A or C, the answers to part B are given in the stem of the question, and part D is nonsensical without knowing something about parts A and C.
Type in the whole problem and we will try to help you. If you are cutting and pasting from some on-line course, that is your problem. Stop the cutting and pasting and type in the question old-school.
