I	Inside terms  - 3sqrt%282%29

L	Last terms  -9

Where are your steps?
Use foil
first outer inner last
or you should know that x^2-y^2=(x+y)*(x-y)
where x=sqrt(2) and y=3
answer should be 2-9=-7
