Formula: p = [-b +- sqrt(b^2-4ac)]/(2a)
a = 1 ; b = -1 ; c = 1

So, p = [1 +- sqrt(1-4*1*-1]/(2*1)
---
p = [1 +- sqrt(5)]/2
