Lets assume that distance to the warehouse is 60 miles. That means that it took 3 hours to drive to the warehouse. If the average speed is 40 mph, then he would take 3 hours for his round trip. But it's impossible to drive back from the warehouse in no time at all. So the answer is infinity mph.
