-1(1-2)-3(m-3)=-2(m+1)
-1(-1)-3(m)-3(-3)=-2(m)-2(1)
1-3m+9=-2m-2
10-3m=-2m-2
-10+10-3m=-2m-2-10
-3m=-2m-12
-3m+2m=2m-2m-12
-m=-12
-m/-1=-12/-1
m=12
