3x - 4y = 12
First of all rewrite the equation in terms of x.
that is, y = 3x/4 - 3
Now give arbitrary values to x and get corresponding values of y.

Using these points, plot the graph.

The graph x= 3 is a straight line which passes through 3 on x axis and is parellel to the y axis.You can draw it in the resulting graph)If you cannot draw, please submit the question again.

Then the solution is the [point of intersection of these two graphs.
