You can put this solution on YOUR website! use the point -slope form of the equation to write the slope intercept form of the equation?
passing through (4,12) and (6,18)
----
Form: y-y1 = m(x-x1)
----
m = (18-12)/6-4) = 6/2 = 3
---
Let x1 be 4 and y1 be 12
Then y - 12 = 3(x-4)
y = 3x-12+12
y = 3x
