Distance equals rate times time, so rate must equal distance divided by time. The result of your first calculation divided by 2 hours is the rate of speed for both of them. Now you need to know the time it took either of them to go the remaining 81 km. Divide distance (81 km) by the calculated rate. Add the time it took the guy to go the first part of the trip (2 hours) to the time calculated to go the remaining distance to get the total time the first guy traveled.
