Question 629721: Jake and Snake have a 360 day membership to a badminton club. Jake will use it every other day. Snake will use it every third day. They both use the club on day one. How many days total out of 360 will at least one of them use the club?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Jake will use the club 180 times
Snake will use the club 120 times
-------------------------
I don't want to count twice those days
when both use the club, only once.
--------------------------
The 1st day gets counted only once,
so I subtract 1
--------------------------
Since 6 is the smallest number that
is divisible by both 2 and 3,
every day 6 is a day when both
are there, so +360%2F6+=+60+
and I subtract 60
--------------------------
+1+%2B+60+=+61+
+360+-+61+=+299+
So, 299 days total out of 360 at least one of them use the club
Hope I got it
