You can put this solution on YOUR website! I'LL ASSUME THE HYPOTENUSE (LONGEST SIDE)IS 30 FEET AND ONE SIDE IS 24.
A^2+B^2=C^2
24^2+B^2=30^2
576+B^2=900
B^2=900-576
B^2=324
B=SQRT324
B=18 SOLUTION FOR THE SECOND SIDE.
THEN THE TOTAL AREA IS LENGTH*WIDTH (SIDE1*SIDE2)
18*24=432 SQUARE FEET
-------------------------------------------------
I CALCULATE DTHE AREA OF A RECTANGLE (18 BY 24) THE TRIANGLR IS 1/2 OF THIS AREA THUS 432*1/2=216 SQ FOOT.
AGAIN THIS ASSUMES THE HYPOTENUSE IS THE 30 FOOT MEASUREMENT.
