2.4 is to c as 4 is to 3.
It can be set up as fractions, too.
2.4/c = 4/3

The product of the extremes (the outside terms) = product of means (inside terms)
2.4*3 = 4c
4c = 7.2
c = 1.8

Using the fractions:
2.4/c = 4/3
Cross multiply
4c = 7.2, etc, same answer
