You can put this solution on YOUR website! 60 min = 1 hour
1 min = 1/60 hour
1*10 min = 1*(1/60) hour
10 min = 10/60 hour
10 min = 1/6 hour

d = rt
35 = r*(1/6)
6*35 = r
210 = r
r = 210
So he was going 210 miles per hour
