Question 627466: How do I rewrite this expression as a logarithm of a single quantity?
3 (Im x - 2 In (x^3 + 2))+ 4 In 5 = ???
And...
How do I solve these equations? Thanks!
1.) 2 In x = 14 ??? (demonstrate how?)
2. log^2 x + log^2 (x + 2) = log^2 (x + 6)= (please show steps!)
FYI: The "2" represents the base of the log for question #2. Again, thank you.
