You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4<-z-4<11
-----
Add 4 along the line to get:
8 < -z < 15
----
Multiply by -1 along the line.
Remember that multiplying or dividing
an inequality by a negative reverses
the inequality.
----
-15 < z < -8
