Hi,

1 = 31                    ||| 1 + 2 = 11 (2 = -20) ⇒ 1 = 31

2 = -20               ||| 4 + 2 = 80 (4=100)  ⇒  2 = -20

3 = 3              |||  3+4 = 103   ⇒ 4 = 100  and 3 = 3

4 = 100

 1 + 3 =  31 + 3 = 34
