You can put this solution on YOUR website!
How do I find the symmetry for y=-x^2+6x-9
For quadratic equation written in standard form highlight%28y=ax%5E2%2Bbx%2Bc%29, you can find the axis of symmetry with the formula highlight%28x=-b%2F2a%29.
For this equation: a=-1, b=6 and c=-9
x=-%286%29%2F2%28-1%29
x=-6%2F-2
x=3
Happy Calculating!!!
and Happy Thanksgiving!!!
