You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4%2Ax-2%2Asqrt%28x-1%29=6x-14
-2%2Asqrt%28x-1%29=2x-14
4*(x-1)= (2x-14)^2
(x-1) = (x-7)^2
x-1 = x^2-14x+49
x^2-15x+50=0
(x-10)(x-5)=0
x = 5 or x= 10
Answer: X= 5, x = 10

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4x-2sqrt%28x-1%29=6x-14 then -2sqrt%28x-1%29=2x-14 then
-sqrt%28x-1%29=x-7 then x-1=%28x-7%29%5E2 then x-1=x%5E2-14x%2B29 then
0=x%5E2-15x%2B50 then 0=%28x-5%29%28x-10%29 so the final becomes 5 when we plug in 5 and 10 and only 5 satisfies the original equation.
