Assume that x, y, z and b are positive numbers. Use the properties of logarithms to write each expression in terms of logarithms of x, y and z.
log b x^1/2y^3
The b is right next to the log but slightly below. Hope you understand. Thanks again!

Keep in mind the logs are base "b".
=log(x) - 3log(2y)
=logx - 3(log2 + logy)
=logx - 3log2 -3logy
