To find the square root in decimal form, you can use a calculator. There are also algorithms to approximate the square root.

Number such as 32, true it is are not a perfect square...
But...it may have a perfect square as one of its factors, which allows for simplyfying it:
for ex:
sqrt%2832%29+=+sqrt%2816%2A2%29=+4sqrt%282%29
sqrt%28284%29+=+sqrt%284%2A71%29=+2sqrt%2871%29
