Present age of Father = f years old

Now
Jomar's father is 9 times as old as he is
f=9j.............(1)

One year ago
Jomar was = j-1 years old
Father was = f-1 years old

Then

Father was 2 years more than 11 times as old as Jomar
(f-1)=11(J-1)+2
f-1=11J-11+2
f-1=11J-11+2
f-1=11J-9
f=11J-9+1
f=11J-8...............(2)
Put the value of f from (1) to (2)
9J=11J-8
9J-11J=-8
-2J=-8
Divide by -2 both sides of the above equation
-2J/-2=-8/-2
j=4

Put the value of j in (1)
f=9j.............(1)
f=9(4)
f=36

Present age of Jomar = j = 4 years old
Present age of Father = f = 36 years old
