Find the range for the measurement of the third side of a triangle, x, 

given the measures of the two sides: 3.8 ft and 9.2 ft.

 3.8t + 9.2ft = 13ft, 

 3rd side < 13ft   || Note:  sum of two sides must be greater than the 3rd side
