Angle A = 45 degs
Angle B = 107 degs
Angle C = 28 degs

Side AC = side b
Side AB = side c = 4 km
Use Law of Sines
c/sin(C) = b/sin(B)
c = 4*sin(107)/sin(28)
c =~ 8.148 km
