Hi,
In the year 1995, there were 25 million cell phone users. In the year 2005, there were 175 million cell phone users.
(10, 175) 2005: t = 10 (10 years from 1995)
(0, 25 ) m = 150/10 = 15
f(t) = 15t + 25 (t=0 correspond to 1995)
estimate the number of cell phone users in the year 2015.
f(20) = 15·20 + 25 = 325 milion
