-1 is equal to or less than 3x-4/4 < 2 solve for x
----------
-1<=(3x-4)/4<2
Multiply thru by 4 to get:
-4<=3x-4<8
Add 4 along the line to get:
0<=3x<12
Divide by 3 along the line to get:
0<=x<4
In interval notation [0,4)
