This equation says: "The exponent for x that results in 81 is 4". So what number, raised to the 4th power, results in 81?

I'll leave it up to you to answer that question. Hint: Is is a whole number and it is not very big. (Be sure to raise your numbers to the 4th power. Do not multiply by 4!)
