You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Distance+=+speed+%2A+Time So
DistanceBetty+=+SpeedBetty+%2A+4
DistanceLawanda+=+SpeedLawanda+%2A+3
The two distances are the same, so
SpeedBetty+%2A+4+=+SpeedLawanda+%2A+3
You are also told SpeedLawanda+=+SpeedBetty+%2B+15. So
SpeedBetty+%2A+4+=+%28SpeedBetty%2B15%29+%2A+3
4SpeedBetty+=+3SpeedBetty+%2B+45
SpeedBetty+=+45
So SpeedLawanda is 45+15 = 60.
Check your answer
is 3*60 = 4*45??
