Profit is revenue minus cost, so:
So if you want the value of to be at least $200,
Solve for and round UP to the nearest whole number (because you can't sell a fraction of an ice cream cone).

Then the cost of the cones he hopes to sell = 2C, and his total costs are: 2C + $35
