Assuming the same kind of flow, How many gallons of water are emptied in the same amount of time by a pipe tha is 2 inches in diameter?

+k+=+8%5E2+%2F+128+
+k+=+64%2F128+
+k+=+.5+

Let +g+ = gallons emptied by 2nd pipe in same time period
Now I can say
+k+=+2%5E2+%2F+g+
+.5+=+4+%2F+g+
+.5g+=+4+
+g+=+8+
8 gallons are emptied by 2 in dia pipe in same time period
