SOLUTION: Find the value of log base 4 of 4096. I tried simplifying it to 4096=4^x and then I divided by 4 and I got 1024. The is answer is 6 but I do not know how to get there. Please help

you have to find out how many 4s are multiplied together to make 4096
ie 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 = 4096, hence why the answer is 6.
