You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I'll do the first pair of points to get you started

m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m = (9-10)/(3-12)

m = (-1)/(-9)

m = 1/9

So the slope of the line that passes through the two points (12,10) and (3,9) is 1/9
