How do I find the sin, cos and tan of 13pi/6 by using the unit circle.

(13/6)pi = (2 1/6)pi = 2pi + (1/6)pi

2pi is one around the circle which gets you back to where you started.

sin (13pi/6) = sin(pi/6) = 1/2
cos(13pi/6) = cos(pi/6) = sqrt(3)/2
tan(13pi/6) = tan(pi/6) = (1/2)/(sqrt(3)/2) = 1/sqrt(3)
