        The other tutor misread the problem.
        I came to bring a correct solution.


Dimension of speed  ' m/s ' means, by default, 'meters per second'.
It can not have any other meaning, by the common agreement.


So, the car has a constant speed of 15 meters per second.
In 15 seconds, the car moves 15*15 = 225 meters.


We should convert 225 meters to miles.
1 mile = 1609.34 meters


So, to make this conversion, we should divide 225 meters by 1609.34 meters per mile.


The division gives  225 meters = 225%2F1609.34 = 0.1398  of a mile .   <<<---===ANSWER
