Her assistant is due east of the ranger and about 12 km from the lake. How far apart are the forest ranger and her assistant, to the nearest km?

the lake is at an angle of -15º and a distance (radius) of 13 km

her assistant is on the positive x-axis, at a distance of 12 km from the lake
