I just did one very much like this. Use the same principles. Hint: raising something to the 1/2 power is the same as taking the square root.

1/2log6(25)+log6(x)=log6(20)
1/2log6(25)+log6(x)-log6(20)=0
place under single log
log6[√25x/20]=0
convert to exponential form
6^0=√25x/20=1
√25x=20
5x=20
x=4
