You can put this solution on YOUR website! To find the height of an equilateral triangle, you'd use the Pythagorean Theorem. 
Let's assume that's your triangle. Do you see the two right triangles? Assume P is the midpoint of BC. If that is so, the two right triangles are congruent. This tells you that the angles measures of the angles BPA and APC are equal. Since their sum is 180 degrees, each of them is 90 degrees. Thus triangle APC is a right triangle. The length of CA is 10 m, and the length of PC is 2.5m. Now we can use Pythagorean's theorem to solve this.
So, the height is approximately 5.6 cms.
