Let sally's rate be x/4
Let john's be x/6
:
x%2F4%2Bx%2F6=1
3x%2F12%2B2x%2F12=1
5x%2F12=1
12%285x%2F12%29=12%2A1
5x=12
5x%2F5=12%2F5
x=2.4 hrs
or x=2hr+.4(60)min=2hrs and 24 min
Happy Calculating!!!
