You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
y=3/2x+4 is in y = mx+b form where m = 3/2 and b = 4
Remember that m is the slope. So the slope is 3/2
Also, recall that (0,b) is the y-intercept. So the y-intercept is (0,4)
