You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If a ball is released to a fall down from the top of a building 30 meters high, how many seconds will it take for the ball to reach the ground?
-----------------
h(t) = -9.8t^2 + 30
----
When the ball hits the ground h(t) = 0
----
Solve:
-9.8t^2+30 = 0
9.8t^2 = 30
t^2 = 3.06
time = 1.75 seconds
