if 20 men can make 10 rooms of equal sizes in 18 days: @ doing 1/2 rm

   27men *1/2  can do  27/2 rms in 18 days

Sets Up the Proportion:

    %2827%2F2%29%2F18+=+15%2Ft

      (27/2)t = 15*18

            t = 15*18(2/27)

            t = 60/3 = 20days
